My ethos
Every dog is an individual and should be treated, trained and respected as such. Thinking of a dog as 'misbehaving' encourages us to punish; thinking of a dog as struggling to do something difficult, encourages us to help and to reward successes - no matter how small.
All of my work is very strictly force-free: I do not use or endorse punishment of any kind. Ever.
